PID System
PID stands for derived proportional integral and is the maximum expression of closed-chain controls.
The structure of this sophisticated control is simple and flexible.
PID ensures constant control and monitoring of the entire functional system of the autoclave, automatically intervening in the event of anomalies on incorrect technical and electronic parameters.
A device that behaves like “a real technician” with the ability to diagnose and intervene in real time.
A solution that limits anomalies and alarms and any downtime of the machine, guaranteeing maximum reliability.

SD card
The SD card system ensures the recording and archiving of the data of all the cycles performed, which can then be downloaded to a PC and managed.
The SD CARD system allows you to constantly update the equipment, simply by downloading the updates to it electronically and then inserting it into the system on the autoclave.
An extraordinary option to always have the device efficient and updated.

Connection to water mains

The autoclave is hydrically autonomous as it is equipped with a double tank of pure water and waste water, and is designed for connection to the water mains through the osmosis system mod. PURA Plus .

Cycle operator validation
Integrated system that allows at the end of the cycle to associate the operator with the sterilized load and also have the visual validation of the operator himself.

Baric alignment
Automatic baric alignment, which is prepared for the first start-up, without any technical intervention.

FL system - Full Load
To avoid manual loads, with the possibility of external transfer of water, Onyx B has an automatic system of the pure water tank, through a sensor-controlled pump with “overflow” level and automatic block.
The charge is frontal, it has no opening or removable cover system, thus allowing simple installation of the appliance.

Stand by preheating
Preheating system with stand by, for the maintenance of the minimum temperature and consequent reduction of the overall times of the sterilization cycles.

System ID
Integrated password-protected operator authentication system that allows the operator to be associated with the sterilized load at the end of the cycle and also to have visual validation of the operator himself.
This authentication is then also reported in the load traceability procedure.


7 STERILIZATION CYCLES
Onyx B was created with the aim of rationalizing the work of sterilization staff, therefore the choice was made to equip this equipment with a series of cycles, designed for the best management of times and operational needs, in the outpatient setting.

Fully automatic cycles
All cycles are completely automatic, all phases are managed by the advanced card complete with a sophisticated microprocessor.
Each phase (vacuum, preheating, exposure time, drying) is monitored, supported and managed automatically.
There is no human involvement in the unfolding of the cycles.
